This is a light weight style is more soft and pliable than the rest. It’s made with our thinnest pure rabbit fur felt. The sweatband is black cotton rather than our usual structured leather sweatband so it’s packable, even rollable if you are going for a casual look. A simple stitch around the base of the crown is it’s only hat band. The hat is meant to look minimalistic, modern and casual. It’s crow has a basic teardrop shape (as viewed from above). Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying. No two will be identical! Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Color: Black, Sand, Pecan, Whiskey, Chocolate, Very Dark Brown, Navy, Anthracite (very dark gray), Dark Green. Once your order is received I’ll email you to confirm your color choice.

Crown height: 4” measured from top of brim to the lowest part of the front point

Brim: 2 3/4” (7cm) Flat, very slight lift around the outer edges of the brim.

Felt: Fine 100% pure rabbit furfelt. (115g)

Sweatband: Black cotton
