This is a gray version of the style called DARK ROCK. The fire aged distress effect is easier to notice on this gray color. This hat is great for the stage or for hosting desert rituals of any type.
Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying. No two will be identical! Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).
Color: Gray with slightly brownish fire aging.
Crown height: Tall
Brim: Wide flat brim, 3 3/4” to 3 7/8” long
Felt: Fine 100% pure western-weight furfelt.
Sweatband: Premium black goat leather
Hat band: Black linen with sun faded edges
