Each hat is worked by hand to transform it into something truly unique and aesthetically satisfying- no two will be identical. Recapitate hats are handcrafted in the Mojave Desert. Each carefully built for you by musician/hatter Todd Fink (The Faint).

Size: All sizes ship in 3-4 weeks

Color: Dark gray. (The photos may make it look a touch lighter than it is)

Crown height: Medium low

Brim: Flat 3 1/2” or so depending on hat size.

Felt: Fine 100% western-weight furfelt.

Sweatband: Premium black goat leather

Hat band: Soft thin leather wrapped twice. Dark brown deer leather.
